The OSP was a capacity building initiative focusing on developing livelihood to sustain the gains of securing houses for homeless families in Iloilo.  The Smart Communications funded the project in partnership with Philippine Business for Social Progress and Gawad Kalinga. OSP was a complementary support to physical infrastructures [houses, livelihood facilities] provided by Smart Communications to ensure operationalization and sustainability of livelihood projects.
