Mission for the External Evaluation of PAKISAMA and project “Building Agri-Based Social Enterprises in the Philippines” and PASAKA and project “Developing Sustainable Agro-enterprise and Marketing for the Small Farmers in Mindanao”

The mission was intended to evaluate the project and the organizational progressions/profile of the confederation of PAKISAMA and PASAKA 2015. The team composed of one BizFTC evaluator and one Dutch evaluator, compared what has happened with what should have happened and find the explanations for the found differences. Using the 5 evaluation criteria: efficiency, effectiveness, impact, relevance, and sustainability, the mission reviewed the organizations and the agro-enterprise projects.
